Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, and you must be located within the Toronto/GTA local delivery radius. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All custom boxsprings and mattresses are final sale.

Rest assured that all mattresses come with a manufacturer's warranty, so any defects can be resolved through the warranty, and we are here to assist you with any concerns you may have. Your mattress also comes with a 100-night comfort exchange guarantee. To initiate the process, please email info@ezysleep.ca. In order to exchange, the mattress must be in new and unstained condition. There are no refunds once an item is opened as refunds will only be issued to unopened items within 14 days of receipt. However not to worry! Even if the mattress is opened, you are covered under the 100-night comfort guarantee to ensure you're sleeping on the right mattress for you.
If your product is received damaged, please email us within 24 hours of receipt.
There will be no refunds or exchanges on opened accessories such as mattress encasements or pillows. Please remember that incurred shipping and handling expenses are non-refundable on all refunds.
All sales are final on clearance items.
Exchanges
To find out more about our warranty exchange, please visit our Mattress Policy page. Please note that our mattresses are not eligible for the 100-day guarantee if you are outside our local delivery radius (which is the GTA & surrounding cities). If you are within our delivery radius, we can accept the mattress for an exchange within the 100-days. You can bring it to our store free of charge or incur a pickup fee of $60 . Please contact us for more details. This exchange guarantee only applies to mattress purchases and does not apply to our accessories or foundations.
*Kindly note that this is a one-time exchanges on all new mattress purchases. We do not accept exchanges within the first 15 days of delivery as we want to provide ample time for your body to adjust to the new mattress. Please note that EzySleep does not offer any refunds after a mattress has been delivered. Exchanged mattresses cannot be subjected to additional discounts, price matching, or any other offers. The exchanged mattress must be of the same size as the original one, and must be in satisfactory condition without any damage, stains, or scuffs. If you wish to exchange the mattress and upgrade to a more premium model, the cost difference will be sent via invoice to your email. If you choose to exchange the mattress for a less premium model, we will issue a store credit for a future purchase only, no refunds. We do not accept exchanges for custom sizes, special order mattresses, or accessories like mattress protectors or pillows. For more information, please contact us.
Please note, the Embassy Sleep, Merrit and Imagine Gel are subject to their own return policy and are not eligible within the 100-night guarantee. Please contact us for more details.
We are unable to accept returns due to an issue of your item not fitting. We include all measurements on our product pages so that you are able to determine whether the item will fit. Each home structure is different, so please be mindful of narrow hallways, sharp turns, or tight staircases. Please give us a call if you are unsure and we will do our very best to assist.
If you purchased a full size queen or double boxspring that does not fit, we can certainly facilitate an exchange and upgrade to the split option, however there will be a $60 delivery fee added to all boxspring returns/exchanges due to them not fitting. If you do not want to upgrade to the split option, the boxspring can be returned as long as it is in the original packaging. Please note boxsprings are final sale once the package is open.
Returns are free of charge if the error is on our part, however we are not able to issue full refunds for returns due to not needing the item anymore, change of preference, or an issue with the dimensions. The fee for such returns is $60 to cover the cost of delivery and driver.
