Return Policy

Mattresses and accessories:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, and you must be located within the Toronto/GTA local delivery radius. Mattresses and other products need to be in the box. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All custom mattresses are final sale.

We also have a 100-day exchange guarantee for our mattresses. You can find more details on our Mattress Policy page. Please note that our mattresses are not eligible for the 100-day guarantee if you are outside our local delivery radius (GTA & surrounding cities). If you are within our delivery radius, we can accept the mattress for an exchange within the 100-days but there is a re-compressing fee of 30%. Please contact us for more details. This exchange guarantee only applies to online mattress purchases and does not apply to our bedding, foundations, or pillows and other accessories. This exchange does not apply to in-store purchases. 

Please note our Standard Series is final sale. It is not eligible within the 100-day guarantee. Please contact us for more details.

We are unable to accept returns due to an issue of your item not fitting. We include all measurements on our product pages so that you are able to determine whether the item will fit. Each home structure is different, so please be mindful of narrow hallways, sharp turns, or tight staircases to ensure the item fits. Please give us a call if you are unsure and we will do our very best to assist. 

Returns are free of charge if the error is on our part, however we are not able to issue full refunds for returns due to not needing the item anymore, change of preference, or an issue with the dimensions. The fee for such returns is 30% to cover the cost of processing.

If you purchased a full size queen or double boxspring that does not fit, we can certainly facilitate an exchange and upgrade to the split option, however there will be a $15 delivery fee added to all boxspring returns/exchanges due to them not fitting. If you do not want to upgrade to the split option, there will be a 30% fee for the return.

Box springs can be exchanged up to 2 times under a warranty claim. We kindly request they be handled with care (no jumping, moving if not necessary or dropping it) so their longevity is maintained.

Our beds are subject to their own return policy:

Since each bed is hand-crafted per order, all our beds are final sale. You are eligible for a full refund if cancelled within 24H of ordering. We recommend you ensure you choose the correct bed size and colour as exchanges or returns cannot be accepted due to incorrect sizing or change of colour preference. Please note our beds come pre-assembled, so we kindly ask that you ensure these blocks can fit through your home as we cannot accept a return due to it not fitting.

If the product is broken, it is covered under warranty and can be easily serviced or replaced since they are made locally. For more information, please contact us directly and we will be happy to answer any questions. For our board beds, please note that superficial defects are not covered under warranty, only foundational/structural defects that affect the integrity of the bed.

Please note, EzySleep is not liable for any damage that may or may not occur during the delivery process after it is unloaded from the truck at the delivery destination.
