Mattresses and the accessories:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its plastic packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We recommend you try your mattress with the plastic covering on for it to be eligible for a full refund. The same applies to our Bed in a Box mattresses, however only if you live within our delivery radius. Once the mattress is removed from the box, it is not eligible for a return.
Our custom boxsprings are not eligible for a full refund, however we can exchange if an adjusted height is needed for a small fee.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how the return will proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We also have a 100-day exchange guarantee for our whole mattresses. You can find more details on our Mattress Policy page. Please note that our Bed in a Box mattresses are not eligible for the 100-day guarantee if you are outside our delivery radius (see below). If you are within our delivery radius, we can accept the mattress for an exchange within the 100-days but there is a re-compressing fee. Please contact us for more details.
Our beds are subject to their own return policy:
Since each bed is hand-crafted per order, all our beds are final sale. We recommend you ensure you choose the correct bed size as exchanges or returns cannot be accepted due to incorrect sizing. However, if the product is defected or broken, it is covered under warranty and can be easily serviced or replaced since they are made locally. For more information, please contact us directly and we will be happy to answer any questions.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
