At EzySleep, we take responsibility for ensuring our products are safe, and doing our part in reducing the spread of infection.
Here are guidelines we've established to ensure you are protected:
- Our products are heavily sterilized prior to packaging.
- The boxes are sprayed with disinfectant spray prior to and intermittently during transport.
- Our products are only physically handled in the warehouse by individuals wearing masks and gloves to reduce transmission on contact.
- Our delivery drivers are equipped with masks and gloves from picking up the product at the warehouse to delivering it to your home.
- Due to COVID-19, social distancing and border inspections, all our products may have a delay on arrival and delivery.
We believe we have a responsibility to your and our employees' health and safety during these critical and uncertain times.
As you may expect, there may be an occasion where your order may be delayed. If this is the case, we will reach out to you directly to advise you of the status of your order and the reasons for the delay.
